

Library Group Events
Several library groups meet at the library regularly and are open to the public:
South Hampton Library Book Club
The Book Club meets every six weeks to discuss ideas on books of
varied topics. Membership is free and all are welcome. Contact the library to learn more about the current book assignment and how to join in.
South Hampton Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Library is a nonprofit group, independent from the library administration, that supports and promotes the South Hampton Public Library through a variety of community events and fundraising activities. The organization was officially founded in Januray 1962, and has been a trusted, impactful partner of the library since. The Friends of the Library meet on the second Thursday of each month at 7pm.

Friends of the Library: Annual Silent Auction
Friends of the Library announce their annual SILENT AUCTION.
It’s that special time of the year. The Fall Silent Auction has returned to the Library.
Items will be displayed Wednesday, November 19 through Saturday, December 13.
Items include jewelry, gift cards, gift baskets, a special wooden key case, stuffed animals and more. Bid early and often. All money raised benefits the library. Check out the flyer.
